WHAT WE DO

Supports a wide flow rate range of 1 – 400Nm³/min and can handle inlet air temperatures up to 80℃. With a counter-flow heat exchanger and a three-stage steam-water separator, it ensures high performance and low dew point air. It uses reliable, energy-efficient compressors and advanced control components, and offers customizable special models.

The use of highly diluting activated alumina and molecular sieves for low air dew point, minimal dust, and longevity. It features a renowned brand switching valve for stable operation and adjustable regeneration gas consumption, enhancing efficiency and energy savings. Special air flow diffusion device reduces pressure loss, while the heater offers excellent dehumidification and regeneration effects with minimal energy consumption. The whole machine is controlled by a programmable microcomputer for optimal performance.

Compressed air filters are crucial for ensuring air quality and can remove solid particles, dust, rust, pollutants, and hydrocarbons from compressor oil.

Our compressed air filters utilizes original imported Hankson filter elements, offering high filtration accuracy and a long service life. Through multi-layer filtration using various materials, it produces high-quality, oil-free, and impurity-free compressed air. The anti-corrosion coating ensures a high-quality finish and long-term corrosion resistance. Additionally, it allows flexible assembly based on customer requirements for air quality levels.

• Our combined low-dew-point dryer can achieve a very low pressure dew point, typically below -40°C, and can reach as low as -70°C based on different user requirements.
• The combined low dew point dryer consumes regeneration gas at only 3%- 5%, significantly reducing compressed air consumption.
• All operating switches and display instruments are centralized on the panel of the cabinet. Depending on customer needs, the refrigerated dryer and the adsorption regeneration dryer can operate independently as a desiccant dryer or operate simultaneously in refrigeration and adsorption modes.
• The gas-liquid separator integrates two separation technologies: cyclone separation and cartridge-type separation. It can effectively separate the cooled liquid water, fully leveraging the efficiency of refrigerated drying.
